Jeremy Osborne, Chief Legal Officer
Jeremy Osborne is chief legal officer of Pegasus Optimization Managers, LLC. Previously, he served as vice president and general counsel of Alpha Reclaim Technology, LLC. While at Alpha, Jeremy oversaw the company’s legal and regulatory affairs. Earlier, Jeremy served as legal counsel to CDM. He has also worked for Dewey LeBeouf LLP and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, DC.
Jeremy has been a contributing writer to Texas Eagle Ford Shale Magazine and a frequent speaker on oil and gas topics, including engagements at the Texas Water Summit, a joint meeting of the Texas House Energy Legislative Caucus and Texas Senate Eagle Ford Shale Caucus in Austin, and the American Water Resources Association (Texas A&M chapter). He has also been featured in interviews in the New York Times, the San Antonio Express-News, the American Oil and Gas Reporter, and on CNBC’s “Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo” and Al Jazeera America’s “America Tonight.”
Jeremy is a member of the Texas A&M Liberal Arts Advisory Council and a former member of the Texas A&M Young Alumni Advisory Council. In 2014, The Association of Former Students named him one of “20 Young Aggies on the Rise.” He is currently a commissioner on the City of College Station Planning and Zoning Commission.
Jeremy holds a BS from Texas A&M University and a JD, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy and elected to the Order of the Coif. Jeremy also published a peer-reviewed case note and completed law clinic programs at Georgetown and Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and the District of Columbia.
